FAQs

  • I will give you the annoying answer here… Ultimately, only you can truly know if you are *insert cheeky smiley face*

Coaching is the creation and nurturing of a relationship not only between us, but with yourself first and foremost. It is a commitment to strive for a better future with kindness, empathy & patience.
Most of my clients are going through a big life change (whether career, personal or both). They recognise that they have given so much to & for others and now want to take the time to give back some time and energy to themselves.

  • Of course! Each client’s journey is unique and that is what I love. There are no expectations to renew or not upon signing up. On average, my clients work with me for a year or more.
My packages are designed as a guide that I believe is the minimum necessary in order to dive deep, start healing, create new habits & lasting change.

  • I believe my school explains it best: “Transformative coaching explores a client’s inner world of beliefs, assumptions, values and expectations in order to create greater possibilities for ways of being in life.
Transformative coaching seeks to free people from the meaning-making and assumptions that are keeping them stuck, and to create new possibilities for ways of being, thinking and feeling.
To use the classic analogy, transformative coaching helps the fish see the water that it didn’t even know they were swimming in!”

  • I like to say that I provide a safe space for my clients to face themselves. I welcome the bad, good, the doubts, the sadness, the joy and everything in between.
Our space is one for reflection & exploration where we welcome everything that might have to show up!
There is no judgement, no shaming, no “fakeness”. It’s an empowering partnership where the weird & authentic is not only welcomed, it’s encouraged and celebrated!

  • Most of my coaching is remote, however I am happy to discuss face-to-face coaching for people living in & around Bournemouth (UK) area.

Some of my programs also offer a VIP half day together, either in Bournemouth, London or Paris. This will always be done face-to-face unless geographically not possible.

  • Coaching is in no way a replacement for therapy.

Not everyone needs a therapist, not everyone needs a coach, and some people benefit from having both. Don’t hesitate to get in touch in case you aren’t sure which one is for you.

  • I have a diploma in Transformational Coaching with Animas Coaching School in London,UK.
I also hold a certificate in “Understanding Mental Health Frist Aid and Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace”.

Before the start of my coaching career, I graduated from a Master’s in International Hospitality Management.

I constantly work on furthering my knowledge & skills about coaching, life and myself. I like to say I am a forever student of life. I am simply passionate about personal development!

  • I offer sessions either in English or French. I’m lucky to speak both fluently… Even if sometimes it becomes “franglish”!

Je propose des séances en anglais ou en français. J'ai la chance de parler les deux couramment… Même si parfois ça devient du« franglish » !

  • Coaching is usually non-directive. It isn’t drawn from my experience but yours. This means that I am there as a space holder for your own thoughts, emotions and ideas. I ask powerful questions in order to get to the core of what you truly want; and help you build momentum to go and create it.
As opposed to coaching, mentoring is drawn from my own experience & mistakes to help you get to where I am faster and with more ease than I did. You can expect the same safe space, listening skills and powerful questioning than in coaching, but a bit more of me talking!

Ultimately, both exist to help me help you!
